Shipping Your Returned Item

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Smaller items such as jewellery and home accessories as sent using Priority Royal Mail and should arrive within 1-3 days once dispatched.
For larger items such as furniture, a courier service is used. An email will be sent to notify you once the item is ready for dispatch to arrange a convenient day for delivery. Please note deliveries are to ground floor level unless specified otherwise.

- Returns after 14 days and up to 30 days from delivery can get a 100% store credit.
